Community Wellness
Are you ready to workout? We have many options for you: Zumba (R), Yoga (gentle, chair, & Kundalini), Les Mills Body Pump(R), line dancing, and fitness and nutrition for people with physical and developmental disabilities each week. Of course “wellness” isn’t all about working up a sweat: We love our bridge club, gong baths, meditation, CPR training, parent support groups, and AA meetings. There is truly something for everyone!
