New Class Time….Kundalini Yoga…..Thursdays @ 5:15 p.m.

Kundalini Yoga and Meditation is a Yoga of awareness. It is a technique to stay healthy,
develop your intuition and calm your mind. The Yoga set includes a meditation which
varies with each class. You will leave class feeling balanced, calm and healthy. Please
join Deb Brown on Thursdays at the Common Fence Community Center 5:15 – 6:30 p.m.
